Accessing Database Backup

Navigate to Admin Dashboard > Help & Support > Database Backup.

Configuration

Set the MySQL dump binary path, which is typically:

/usr/bin

Backup Process

1. Set the MySQL dump path in the configuration.
2. Click Generate to create a new backup.
3. Click Download to save the backup file to your local machine.

Tip: Schedule regular backups to prevent data loss. Store backup files in a secure, off-server location.
